After adding the final touches to the website, such as pictures to the products and related products block on each product page, we bought a domain and parked the website on our Mathazon domain. The website is fully functional, just as it is supposed to work, and it is ready to be turned into WebChallenge 2013! :)

We are almost finished with our website! (Super excited!) There are just some finishing touches to be made on the website. The promotional video is complete and is on the home page with the description and a flash picture gallery. The business description is complete, and it will be posted soon.

Varun has started the video production. He is making the promotional video, while James and Juan continue to work on the business proposition. We are also working with Google Adsense to be able to create a more revenue based marketing campaign. Also, we have been continuing the vigorous involvement in the making of the educational videos for the video lessons.

We are now working on the other games and tools, such as the application Cam Calc. On the website, we will offer trial versions to the games. Our customers will have to buy the games to get the full version. James and Varun have worked on building and designing the other games. Juan has worked on building the application. Basically what the application will do is that it will take a picture of a math question, and it will answer the question. The games will be designed to provide a fun and educational way to learn new math concept.

We have began to develope our business proposition based upon our business plan and our mission statement. Also, the creation of the videos and the educational games has continued; we have finished the algebra curriculum and the Guess That Graph flash game. The shopping cart, the purchase buttons, and the check out portal are now up and running through our Google Checkout account. If a user actually wanted to purchase an item, they could; Google Wallet would subtract the amount from the user's account, providing us with actual profit.

Today we finalized the logo and chose from a variety of color schemes (attached below). We began the production of the Videos and Games, including step by step solutions in multiple languages; we are not only aiming at local markets. We hope to connect with parents, teachers, and virtual schools world wide to bring a new aspect of mathematics for young adults. We have also begun to plan and design our advertisements.

Today, we improved the website to maximize efficiency. We added pictures, perfected the Mathazon logo, expanded the product database, created the basic structure of the website, and designed the animations on the home page.

After brainstorming and coming up with the basic outline, style, theme, features, and duties of each member, we are now ready to launch the site and improve it throughout the next month. The website is now in a beta state. Input is now being collected, and the database is expanding. We will be able to offer more products each day.

We just formed a group, came up with a basic idea of the project, and assigned each member of the team a specific job.
